Travelling without luggage is more comfortable and less stressful. Our luggage service guarantees you a relaxed departure. Book our luggage service at least 48 hours before departure. After confirming your booking you can check in online with your airline. You need to fill in certain details to do this, such as your passport details, number of luggage items and, if possible, their weight. Then you pay for the service and receive a receipt.

 

We take care of your luggage

The day before your departure, your luggage will be collected from your home or hotel between 13:00 and 21:00 by Dynasure (subsidiary of Bpost) we work with. The courier will contact you to arrange a more precise time slot. The courier will register your luggage using our app and label it so that we know exactly which luggage belongs to which traveller. Then your luggage is taken to a special storage area at the airport with security cameras. You can easily pick up your luggage from there on the day of departure, check it in and continue your journey.

Smooth transfer to your home or hotel

Do you want to go home or to your hotel without any hassle after landing? No problem: we will look after your luggage! Opt for this service on our website no later than 48 hours before you depart, fill in a few details and transfer the payment. When you arrive, collect your luggage from the carousel after landing and check in at our office (‘baggage services’) in the reclaim area at the airport. A staff member will accompany you through customs and then take charge of your luggage. An address card will be attached to your luggage so that we know exactly which luggage belongs to which traveller.

 

Your luggage will be delivered at a time of your choice.

All the luggage is taken to a special storage area. It is collected from there by Dynasure (subsidiary of Bpost). The courier will contact you at that point to agree on a delivery time. This is how we ensure your luggage is delivered safely to you at home or in your hotel.

Enjoy a comfortable, stress-free trip by checking your luggage in from home. Book our luggage service at least 48 hours before departure. After confirming your booking you can check in online with your airline. You need to fill in certain details to do this, such as your passport details, number of luggage items and, if possible, their weight. Then you pay for the service and receive a receipt. The day before your departure, your luggage will be collected by Dynasure between 13:00 and 21:00. The driver will contact you to arrange a more precise time slot.

Your luggage is in safe hands

Your luggage will be collected at your home by Dynasure (subsidiary of Bpost). The driver checks the identity of all travellers, scans the bar code on your boarding pass(es), adds the number of luggage items and then prints and scans the luggage labels. Then your luggage is loaded into a secure vehicle. Only one driver has access to this vehicle. During transit, the vehicle is monitored by a tracking system, so that we know exactly where your luggage is and with which driver. First your luggage is taken to a highly secure depot near Brussels Airport. It is screened there at various levels before undergoing a final screening process in the airport itself. Your luggage is scanned at various places. You can monitor its progress by e-mail. At the airport, you can go to the gate or the duty-free shops by yourself. You can pick up your luggage again at your destination, in the usual way.

REMOTE CHECK-IN

Check in at another location

What if your trip is not starting from home but you still want to benefit from our service? No problem! You can check in your luggage at various places near airports, hotels and train stations. You can find these places on the map below.Book our luggage service at least 48 hours before departure. After confirming your booking you can check in online with your airline. You need to fill in certain details to do this, such as your passport details, number of luggage items and, if possible, their weight. Then you pay for the service and receive a receipt. After that, you go to an appointed place where we will check your luggage in using our app. We check your identity, scan the bar code on your boarding pass, enter the number of luggage items and print and scan your luggage label(s).

Take the burden off your shoulders

After the check-in process, you leave your luggage behind and enjoy your journey in comfort. Dynasure collects your luggage from that location and ensures it arrives safely at the airport. You will be kept informed by e-mail at all times of your luggage’s progress. Once you arrive at your destination, you can collect your luggage as usual.

ARRIVAL SERVICES

Welcome home!

Do you want a smooth journey home after landing? Let us take care of that for you! We look after your luggage so that you can travel home in comfort. Opt for this service on our website no later 48 hours before you depart, fill in a few details and transfer the payment. On the day of departure, you will receive an e-mail from us with the request to send us the tag numbers of your luggage. The driver of Dynasure (subsidiary of Bpost) will then collect your luggage and contact you immediately to make further arrangements. You can choose for yourself what time your luggage is delivered safely to your home. If your luggage doesn’t arrive at Brussels Airport for any reason, we can file a claim on your behalf and make sure your luggage is found as quickly as possible. Smart Aviation provides the lost & found service for about 45 airlines at Brussels Airport, which is how we are able to provide this service.

Within the Schengen Area

We can only offer this service if you are travelling within the Schengen Area. Outside that area, customs formalities are required that we are unfortunately unable to deal with on your behalf.
